By joining Revenge Anonymous (RA) meetings or activities, YOU IRREVOCABLY AGREE to each of the following terms and conditions: 1) You agree to the RA 12 Steps of Recovery and 12 Principles of Unity (https://www.revengeanonymous.org/12-steps). 2) You agree to use only your first name during RA meetings. 3) You agree to hold the information discussed or presented during RA meetings or activities in confidence and not to share that information with others for any purpose. 4) You agree that you will not injure or harm in any way other RA participants, leaders or yourself and that you will not engage in any unlawful activities, and shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and ordinances, during RA meetings and activities. 5) You agree that RA meetings and activities have no guarantee or privilege of confidentiality, that RA does not screen or perform background checks of participants or leaders, that anything you say or display during RA meetings or activities will not be legally protected from disclosure to others, and that RA has no way of guaranteeing or securing confidentiality or supervising or controlling the behaviors of participants or leaders. 6) RA meetings and activities may involve hearing or learning about traumatic events that may be distressing or triggering and may put you in contact with individuals who may be victims or perpetrators of acts of injury, harm or violence. 6) You agree that your participation in RA meetings and activities is voluntary and at your own risk, which risk you knowingly accept and assume and which RA cannot anticipate, evaluate or control. 7) You agree that RA is a fellowship of mutual support and self-help between individual participants, not a business or professional organization, and RA does not charge fees or provide medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice, treatment, diagnosis or services and you should always consult you own doctor or lawyer regarding medical, psychological or legal issues. You further agree that Revenge Anonymous, Inc. ("RAI") is a nonprofit organization whose mission is limited to serving the RA fellowship of individual participants and does not own, operate, supervise or control the RA fellowship of individual participants or RA meetings. 8) You and your heirs, executors, administrators and assigns irrevocably agree to waive, release, indemnify and hold harmless Revenge Anonymous, RAI and each and all of its/their successors, administrators, assigns, officers, directors, hosts, leaders, founders, consultants, contractors, collaborators, employees, agents and affiliates (collectively, the "RA Released Parties") from any and all legal or other claims, losses or damages you may have, or that are asserted against or through you, of any kind whatsoever, resulting from or related to your participation in RA meetings or activities and that you and your heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns shall never assert, bring, authorize, support, condone or participate in any form of claim, counterclaim, cross-claim, legal action or proceeding of any kind for any purpose, at law, equity or otherwise, against RA or the Released RA Parties in any jurisdiction, tribunal or legal system, and that you and your heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns shall be liable for the Released RA Parties' damages, costs and attorney's fees if you breach or fail to comply with any terms and conditions of this Disclaimer & Release, and further that any claim or legal action involving RA or the Released RA Parties may only be asserted exclusively in the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, Pennsylvania or the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, USA, and no other jurisdiction, and further that no legal proceeding may be asserted against RA or the Released RA Parties as a class action or similar collective action, and that you and your heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns hereby consent to and shall not oppose any effort to dismiss any and all claims and legal actions against RA and the Released RA Parties regardless of theory, merit or tribunal, and that in no event shall the total liability of RA and the Released RA Parties to you and your heirs, executors, administrators and assigns for all damages (other than as may be required by law in the case of personal injury) exceed $50.00. 9) You agree that you are an adult over 18 years of age and that no person under the age of 18 years of age is permitted to attend or participate in RA meetings or RA activities. 10) You agree that RA may modify the terms and conditions of this Disclaimer & Release at any time in our sole discretion and post them on our website www.revengeanonymous.org, and that if you continue to participate in RA meetings or activities after modifications to this Disclaimer & Release are so posted, you shall be bound by them.
